Pastor Naumann

Pastor Naumann was born and grew up in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. During his high school years at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, he was encouraged by one of his former pastors to consider becoming a pastor himself. He took that advice and continued his path toward the pastoral ministry at Martin Luther College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2001. His final four years of school were spent at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin where he graduated with a Masters of Divinity degree in 2005. As part of his training, he spent his vicar year in Minocqua, WI. This proved to be an interesting year, as he honed both his preaching ability and his fishing/hunting skills. Upon graduation in May 2005 Pastor Naumann was assigned as associate pastor of Good Shepherd, Fond du Lac.

Pastor Naumann is married to the love of his life- his wife, Mary. They have been blessed with five children, Benjamin, born September 2006, Samuel, born August 2008, Jonathan, born November 2009 and twins Matthias and Helena, born September 2011.

Pastor Naumann is now the administrative pastor at Good Shepherd. One of his special loves comes in the area of worship and music. He is proud to be a part of Good Shepherd and looks forward to meeting you!

Pastor Adam Zimpelmann graduated from Martin Luther College (New Ulm, MN) with a B.A. After taking a year off after college to travel, he continued his education at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. After four years, he earned his Masters of Divinity degree from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary (Mequon, WI). Included in his seminary education was a year of internship at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Princeton, WI. After serving as pastor for six years in East Troy, WI and then four years in South Milwaukee, WI, Pastor Zimpelmann accepted the call to serve at Good Shepherd in Fond du Lac, arriving in January of 2016. In May of 2016, Pastor and his wife Lindsay adopted a son named Asher.

Some of Lindsay’s interests include watching movies, reading, going for walks and traveling. Pastor Zimpelmann enjoys a variety of sports, growing veggies in the garden, woodworking, and exploring new places with his family.

The Zimpelmanns are grateful to God that he has allowed Pastor Zimpelmann to serve in ministry to God’s people in the Fond du Lac community.
